INTEGRATION, OUR VALUE
Digital School
Since 2022 and within the framework of the Professional Training School, Konecta Foundation has enabled the School in its digital mode in collaboration with IBM.
Green Jobs Hub
Initiative of the Fundación Konecta with the collaboration of J. P. Morgan for the integration training of vulnerable young people and other groups at risk.
Fundación Konecta Vocational Training School
Project with the aim of offering formal training to groups at risk of exclusion.
Konecta created the Konecta Foundation in 2005 with the aim of channelling the company’s social action, applying its business resources to social causes and generating alliances that create a multiplier effect for the initiatives undertaken.
To carry out its projects, a team of professionals and a network of Foundation Ambassadors, volunteer Konecta employees at national and international level, support the Foundation in the development of social initiatives related to the company.

“Since the birth of +Family, the Konecta Foundation has supported us in many different ways. It has offered its knowledge and experience to provide advice on accessibility and employability to the families of people with disabilities, and thus forms part of the network of professionals and organisations that the Fundación Bertín Osborne is creating through its comprehensive advice service +Family. Moreover, the Konecta Foundation has become part of the group of collaborating entities that support the Fundación Bertín Osborne through the generous donation of funds raised in its charity Paddle Tennis Tournament, held in June 2022. It is a great privilege to feel the accompaniment and support of their team, on a human and professional level. They are wonderful and transmit all their joy, positivism and desire to help everyone at all times. Above all, and this is very tangible, we feel that we go hand-in-hand with them and that these hands are extended with all the love in the world to all the families. Thanks to their closeness and affection… We feel that it has been a case of love at first sight and that there is a magical connection between all of us”
“It is an absolute delight to work with Konecta Foundation. We have created a perfect alliance, finding synergies to make projects more enriching and help as many vulnerable people as possible”.
“At the Fundación Aon España, we have always valued our collaboration with Konecta Foundation very positively, and we are happy to see how year after year our collaborative projects have benefited different vulnerable groups and people at risk of exclusion. We have also participated in a number of round tables and sustainability congresses, in volunteer initiatives, charity events, as well as in different calls for proposals for grant aid aimed at helping people with disabilities… Together we form a perfect tandem. We have been collaborating and supporting projects of great social significance for more than 17 years, and there is great complicity and closeness between our teams”
“The Fundación Alalá would not be what it is today without the support of the Konecta Foundation. They are committed to the social integration of children, young people and their families through art, sport and culture in the poorest neighbourhoods in Spain. Today, almost 300 students and their families are the beneficiaries of our projects, both in the Polígono Sur districts of Seville and in Jerez.
The Konecta Foundation is a leader in inclusion projects and a benchmark of professionalism and social responsibility, where people are the number-one priority. We will continue to grow hand in hand with them whilst implementing projects of great impact, which is exactly what the Fundación Alalá is doing today”
“We have been working with the Konecta Foundation for more than 9 years on the ” Programa Familiares” (Family Programme), a guidance and support programme for MAPFRE employees who have family members with disabilities. It is a unique programme that once again demonstrates MAPFRE’s concern for the wellbeing of people and their environment. Throughout this time, the Konecta Foundation has shown us the professionalism, affection and empathy with which they treat each case and how, through the support and accompaniment of families, a highly valuable and enduring relationship of trust is created.”
“We collaborate with the Konecta Foundation within the framework of the Juntos Somos Capaces (Together We Can Do It) Programme. Together we have managed to raise awareness, demystify and offer real opportunities for the social and labour-market insertion of people with mental health problems in Castilla y León”
“They are highly committed to people with disabilities and are a benchmark in this field. I have known them for a long time, and they have always demonstrated their great willingness to work for equal opportunities”
“We have been close to people with disabilities and the Konecta Foundation for many years, and we have carried out many projects together. Every organisation, company or person should have the Konecta Foundation as a partner, because together we are stronger and can go further”
Loyalty, commitment and continuity in all projects we undertake. Throughout these years working together, the Konecta Foundation has demonstrated a true commitment to people with disabilities and adapted sport.
